Colored Paper Stock

The color of the paper stock will have some effect on the ink color printed.  We print with high quality, opaque water based inks but darker paper colors will always have some effect on the finished color of the print.  We can not guarantee an exact color match, but you can trust that we will get it as close as possible.  We will discuss any concerns we have about color choice with you during the order process. 

Over Run/Under Run

We always print extras for setup and color matching purposes, as well as to account for any potential misprints.  Often times these extras are printed perfectly.  In this case we will include the extras with your order at no charge.

On the other hand, there is also the possibility of your order turning out slightly under the requested total due to manufacturer defects or due to misprints.  5% less is considered acceptable.  In this event you will only be charged for the items you receive.  If you absolutely have to have an exact number we recommend you order extras to account for this possibility.

Stock Levels

Occasionally our suppliers run out of stock in certain paper or packaging.  It is unfortunate, but we have no control over this.  In the event this should happen we will do our best to recommend a similar product or a range of options for your approval before we proceed.  Alternatively, you may elect to wait for the original item to be re-stocked.  If you choose to wait we can in no way guarantee the date it may be back in stock or the turnaround time.

Paper/Packaging Selection

Paper/packaging selection is a very subjective decision.  We will do our best to help you decide on a paper or packaging option that fits your needs and wants, but in the end we can not guarantee that a client will like what they have chosen.  We can only guarantee print quality.  If paper or packaging selection is highly sensitive we strongly suggest ordering some blank samples prior to placing your full order
